The outer layer is hand woven Harris Tweed (100% wool) and they are lined with wildflower printed cotton.

Harris Tweed is now synonymous with island life and the landscape of the Outer Hebrides. With the range of tweed patterns and colours taking inspiration from the seasons, weather and environment of our harsh but beautiful land and seascapes.

The tweed has been made in Lewis and Harris for generations and is protected by an Act of Parliament (1993) which guarantees that it is:

“Handwoven by the islanders at their homes in the Outer Hebrides, finished in the Outer Hebrides, and made from pure virgin wool dyed and spun in the Outer Hebrides.”
