Our range of hats, scarves and mitt patterns are designed both in-house by founder Meg Rodger and in collaboration with leading international knitwear designers. They are aimed at all skill levels from beginner to the more advanced. Bringing you the warmth and comfort of a pure wool knitted garment.

They are unique to Birlinn Yarn and draw their creative inspiration from the culture, ecology and Norse heritage of the Outer Hebrides combined with a contemporary twist.
